However, because this is student living the outside of apartment can be rather gross sometimes with people leaving out trash for days. That and loud party’s that keep you up at night.

The only thing that I think would help is additional fans in the workout room and maybe some kettlebells. Also the water fountain outside the workout room does not work but all other amenities have been great.

I will say I would love if there were actual fans in the workout room- the small ones on the ceiling don't do much.

They work really hard to keep this place great for everyone. If I have a maintenance request, they are always quick to respond and do such a good job.
